Within walking distance there is access to surf schools, coast steering, paddle boarding, harbour trips (make sure you spot the seals and all the unbelievable bird and sea life), Newquay golf course (visitors permitted to play and pay) and for walkers the South West Coastal Path.
No holiday is complete without visiting the various local bars and restaurants (some Michelin rated) and an array of artisan coffee shops and bakeries.

National Maritime Falmouth
This amazing attraction features not only breathtaking views from the 29m tower but is also home to one of only three natural underwater viewing locations in the world. Mount St Michaels
For a day of history and beauty, visit what is known as The Jewell in Cornwall’s Crown. This magical island boasts a variety of interesting features. A church, a medieval castle (which was home to the St Aubyn family for over 300 years), an exotic garden along the steep cliffs and an ancient harbour where you will find a variety of shops, restaurants and an audio-visual presentation on the history of the Mount.

Bedruthan Steps
Located just a few miles from the centre of Newquay, and near to Watergate Bay, the Bedruthan Steps is one of the most popular destinations on the Cornish Coast. Take a walk along a spectacular cliff top path before venturing down the steep cliff stairs to the beach. There is a National Trust run tea room at the top.
